Maximizing healthy ageing

A program designed to improve your energy levels and vitality

Jennifer at Broome Natural Wellness is one of a select group of healthcare professionals who has received extensive training in maximizing healthy ageing and improving vitality.  She will use a range of professional clinical tools that allows her to assess your hydration levels, body composition and overall health status.

This can be achieved by using the Vitality, Longevity and Healthy Ageing (VLA) Program and assists her to design a program specifically for your needs. Nutritional, supplements, exercise and dietary recommendations will be provided giving your body the building blocks for maximum health and energy.

Jen will connect leads to your hands and feet and pass a low voltage electrical current through your body. This provides her with an insight into aspects of your health such as how much fat you have in your body, your cellular health and your fluid distribution.

People who may benefit from the Vitality, Longevity and Healthy Ageing Program include those wanting to:

  • Manage their body composition effectively
  • Increase muscle tone and fitness

Jen will assess your health by asking a series of questions about your health and your health history.  A full report will be provided for you to take home.  And she will use your report to suggest supplements, changes in diet and lifestyle and an exercise plan.  Your results can be monitored over time with further analysis.
