Miso Paste White 500g Carwari
Organic white miso paste has an aromatic scent and a mellow mild taste. It is made by a traditional and natural fermentation method, which produces unpasteurised fresh live miso.
Live miso contains active enzymes which aid digestion, as well as help to tenderise meat or fish and brings out nice Umami flavour. It's often used to make soup, dressings, dipping sauces or added to a hot pot.
No GMO. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. No artifical preservatives, colours or flavours.
The colour of the miso may darken however this does not affect the quality of the product. White spots may appear on the surface which is normal in healthy authentic miso. The package may also expand due to the activity of live miso.
